Our company
We are a small one woman shop that creates handmade handbags and accessories.
Myla's Bags began as a simple hobby for Michaela Phifer after taking sewing lessons from her mother. Michaela found that she loved creating unique garments and accessories and designing handmade handbags. She took her love of designing accessories and in July 2007 started Myla's Bags. As Michaela's passion grew, she is constantly looking for new things to create. She added a baby accessories line in 2020 after becoming a grandmother.
We strive to create handmade handbags, purses, wristlets, makeup bags, clutches, coin purses and baby gifts that are high quality. Each item is unique whether it is our choice of fabric or design. We love bright colors and retro prints.
Our hope is that people will have as much fun with our handmade accessories as we do designing and making them.
