Payment

Payment is due in full upon checkout.  Payment methods include PayPal, personal check or money order.  PayPal accepts credit card and debit card payments without requiring an account.
NOTE: If you send a personal check or money order, your order will be held until the funds clear the bank. This can take as long as 7-10 days.


Shipping

Most bags ship within 48 hours.  Made to Order items will ship in 5-7 days (most times sooner).  Custom bags ship in 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email after you place your order with an exact date that your bag will be delivered --so I'll let you know if I experience any delays!

Bags are shipped via USPS Priority with insurance and delivery confirmation. It takes 1-3 business days for delivery within the US and 7-14 business days for delivery outside of the US. Items are shipped to your shipping address given upon order.

If you need expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day guaranteed), please choose this option at checkout.  You will be responsible paying the additional cost.

NOTE: I am not responsible for import taxes and duties that may incur for international orders. All international orders are marked "Merchandise" and will not be marked as "Gift" as this is illegal for my business. Please check your customs policies to ensure safe delivery.


Returns

Discontinued, Custom bags and “SECONDS” are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange!

Full-priced bags can be returned or exchanged within FOURTEEN (14) days of its delivery for refund less shipping fees. Click here to see our returns and exchanges policy.

Shipping charges are covered both ways by customer. Item must be shipped in a hard box (preferably the original box and packaging) with insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure a safe delivery. The delivery confirmation number must be sent to me within THREE (3) days of its delivery date, and be in the exact condition it was received in order for me to accept the return and proceed with a refund. If the bag is found to be used and not resalable, it will be returned to the customer upon the customer's expense. All bags are meticulously inspected while I make them and before shipment; please message me the day of delivery if you find any flaws when you receive the bag so that I may make things right for you.


Before You Purchase!

  • Dimensions: Read dimensions carefully to ensure the product works for you.
  • Color: Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor and this is the nature of buying from an online business. If you would like a faux leather or fabric swatch, please order one here.


Custom Orders

If you love a particular bag style but would like it in a different leather/fabric/canvas color, modify the closure type, change the hardware color, or add more pockets, you can custom make it.   Just email me and we work with getting your custom order made.


Local Pick-Up

Because I do not have a store front, I do not arrange for local pick-up. I do ship FREE to customers in the Charleston area (Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties only). You will be refunded your shipping charges upon purchase if you have a Charleston area address. :)


Private Label, Wholesale, Consignment

I do offer Private Label and Wholesale. I do NOT consign.
